Account and Data Deletion

Users of CITRIG can request the permanent deletion of their account and all personal data at any time directly from the app:

Steps to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your account on app.citrig.tn
  2. Go to the top-right user menu and click « User Profile »
  3. Scroll down and click on the red « Delete Account » button
  4. Confirm your action — deletion is immediate and irreversible

Data deleted includes:

  • All personal identification and profile data
  • Communication preferences
  • Farm-related entries and account activity

Data retained:

  • We do not retain any personal data after account deletion
  • Some anonymized data may be stored for statistical purposes only, for a maximum of 6 months

Partial deletion:
At this time, we do not offer partial data deletion (e.g., deleting your age or governorate without deleting your full account).

Log Files

CITRIG follows standard procedures for using log files. These files may log:

  • IP addresses
  • Browser types
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • Date and time stamps
  • Referring/exit pages
  • Click counts and interaction logs

These are used solely for technical monitoring, debugging, and traffic analytics. They are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
